Mary Ann Laverty

Mary Ann Laverty is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales enablement and marketing across various technology companies. Currently serving as the Sales Enablement Manager at Allegro MicroSystems since October 2020, Mary Ann is responsible for developing and executing training programs and promotional strategies for sales teams and channel partners. Prior roles include Program Director at Brevard Mask Makers, where significant community initiatives were undertaken during the COVID-19 pandemic, and Senior Manager of Global Channel Programs at Renesas Electronics, where Mary Ann supported global sales teams and managed partner relationships. Mary Ann has a strong background in distribution marketing and sales training, having worked with major companies such as IDT, Silicon Labs, and Motorola Semiconductor Products. Educationally, Mary Ann holds a Master’s degree in School of Management and Business from St. Edward's University and a Bachelor's degree in American Studies, History, and Criminology from Rutgers University.
