Shelley Filocamo

Shelley Filocamo is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis. Currently serving as the Director of Global Financial Planning & Analysis at Allegro MicroSystems since September 2025, Shelley has held senior finance positions at notable firms such as Employbridge as Senior Director of Finance and Merchants Fleet as Assistant Director of Financial Planning & Analysis. Prior to these roles, Shelley was the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at SIAA and the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Bottomline Technologies. Shelley earned a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance & Accounting from Bentley University in January 2005.
