Thomas Chung

Thomas Chung is an experienced engineer specializing in technology development and high voltage power device design. Currently serving as a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Allegro MicroSystems since August 2018, Thomas previously worked as a Consulting Device Development Engineer at Polar Semiconductor, focusing on high voltage design and CMOS technology development. Prior to that, Thomas held the position of Principal Design/Technology Engineer at Cypress Semiconductor, and started a career as an R&D Engineer at Samsung Electronics. Thomas holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology, earned between 1988 and 1993.
