Jennifer's career in human resources began at Heartland Bank, where Jennifer held several positions, culminating in the role of Assistant Vice President, Employment and Benefits Manager. Throughout Jennifer's career, key responsibilities included the development and administration of HR policies, recruitment strategies, employee relations, and customer service. Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Fontbonne University.
