Jennifer Miramonti has extensive experience in human resources and benefits management, currently serving as the Payroll and Benefits Manager at Allegro Senior Living, LLC since June 2015. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked as a Human Resources Generalist II at Midland States Bank for a brief period in 2015. Jennifer's career in human resources began at Heartland Bank, where Jennifer held several positions, culminating in the role of Assistant Vice President, Employment and Benefits Manager. Throughout Jennifer's career, key responsibilities included the development and administration of HR policies, recruitment strategies, employee relations, and customer service. Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Fontbonne University.
