Mariola Dosey has extensive work experience in senior living and memory care. Mariola was the Vice President of Lifestyle at Allegro Senior Living, where they were responsible for developing and implementing resident experience and enrichment strategies. Prior to that, they worked at Watercrest Senior Living Group and HarborChase as a Memory Care Director, managing operations and overseeing non-licensed activities. Mariola also served as a Memory Care Manager at Senior Helpers, where they developed and facilitated programs for clients with Alzheimer's and dementia.
Mariola Dosey has a strong educational background in the field of physical therapy, kinesiology, exercise science, and dance. Mariola obtained their Master's degree in Physical Therapy in the Aging Process from the University of Valencia between 2007 and 2010. Prior to that, they earned two Bachelor's degrees from Florida State University between 2003 and 2006. The first Bachelor's degree was in Kinesiology and Exercise Science, while the second was in Dance. Additionally, Mariola Dosey has obtained a certification as a Virtual Dementia Tour Certified Trainer from Second Wind Dreams in April 2023.
