Sproule Love has extensive experience in various roles within the sustainability, energy, and commercial real estate industries. They have held positions such as VP Sustainability & ESG at Allegro Senior Living, LLC, where they defined company-wide sustainability strategies and led sustainability initiatives across multiple senior housing communities. They also served as VP Acquisitions & Development at the same company, leading the acquisition of senior housing properties and managing co-development joint ventures. Prior to this, Love worked as an Analyst at Love Funding Corporation, underwriting HUD/FHA loans and managing client relations. They also worked as a Consultant at Compressed Energy Systems, advising a start-up on penetrating the compressed natural gas transportation fuel market. Earlier in their career, Love held positions such as Director of Business Development at Bright Power, Inc., where they headed sales and marketing for an energy efficiency and solar company. They also served as the Business Development & Strategy Lead at Greenwich Energy Solutions, overseeing sales and marketing campaigns for energy efficiency services. Prior to that, Love worked at Love Funding Corporation as AVP, Marketing Information Manager, where they set overall marketing strategies and managed a marketing team. They also worked there as a Loan Production Specialist, underwriting commercial real estate loans. Additionally, Love has experience as a Marketing Manager & Web Editor at Givaudan, where they established an online B2B channel for a global consumer goods company. They also worked as an Editorial Producer at Gorp.com, where they managed a team and implemented marketing strategies.

Sproule Love holds an AB in Economics from Harvard University. Additionally, Sproule Love has earned an MBA in Real Estate and Sustainability from Columbia Business School.
