Dagmara Gołek

Dagmara Gołek is an experienced professional in the beauty sector with a strong background in marketing and category management. Currently serving as the Group Category Manager for CEE at Allegro since April 2022, Dagmara has previously held several roles at Hebe, including Jr Business Unit Manager and Senior Category Owner. Dagmara's career also includes a formative experience as a Junior Marketing Manager and other marketing roles at Hebe, along with contributions to cultural initiatives as a co-founder and organizer of the Opera Night Project while at Politechnika Poznańska and the Studenckie Forum Business Centre Club. Dagmara holds a Master’s degree in Economy, specializing in Economic Journalism and Public Relations from Poznan University of Economics and Business, along with additional educational experiences at Mendel University in Brno and Politechnika Poznańska.
