Konrad Doroba

Konrad Doroba is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Head of Financial Controlling for Allegro Operations since May 2021. Prior to this role, Konrad served as a Senior Manager at EY from May 2014 to April 2021 and held various leadership positions in financial management, including Head of Retail Collection Department at Santander Bank Polska and Head of Mortgage Debt Collection and Scoring Models at Kredyt Bank. Konrad's expertise also includes roles as Sales Finance Manager at ING and Management Information System Team Manager at Bank Millennium. Education credentials include a Master's degree in Finance and Banking from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and an ACCA membership, complemented by studies at the ICAN Institute's Strategic Leadership Academy.
