Małgorzata Starzyk is a project manager and continuous improvement expert currently leading strategic programs and software implementations in the People and Culture area at Allegro. With a strong background in Business Transformation and Lean methodologies, they have previously held roles at prominent companies including Philips, where they managed global transformation IT programs and facilitated continuous improvement initiatives across multiple countries. Małgorzata has also contributed to various organizations through training and mentorship, focusing on project management and leadership skills. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's degree in Global Production Engineering & Management from Warsaw University of Technology.
