Marcin Gruszka

Marcin Gruszka is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in public relations and corporate communications across leading companies. Currently serving as the Group Communications Director at Allegro since July 2020, Marcin is responsible for consumer and product PR, collaborating with cross-functional leaders to influence product strategy, and executing effective communication plans. Prior to Allegro, Marcin held the position of Head of PR at Booksy, focusing on brand value enhancement and crisis communication during Covid-19. Marcin's previous roles include Public Relations Director at PLAY, where significant contributions were made to corporate culture and crisis management, and a spokesperson role at Orange Polska. Marcin's educational background includes executive management training at IESE Business School and a master's degree in Finance and Banking from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
