Martyna Niszczota

Martyna Niszczota has extensive experience in product management and team leadership, currently serving as the Lead Product Manager and Product Team Manager at Allegro since November 2016. In this role, Martyna is responsible for setting goals, developing team competencies, and fostering effective communication of project visions. Martyna has successfully managed over 100 team members, created strategies and roadmaps, and conducted recruitment for product management roles. Prior experiences include roles in delivery experience and HR at Allegro, as well as positions in business development at Caldoris Polska and learning and development at HILLWAY Training & Consulting. Martyna holds an Engineer's degree in Renewable Energy Technologies from Szkoła Główna Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego w Warszawie and furthered education at Kozminski University.
