Alexandra Unstad

Alexandra Unstad currently serves as the Head of HR Common Functions & Strategic Research at Alleima, a position held since August 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing HR functions and collaborating closely with management and stakeholders. Prior to this, Alexandra held several HR roles at Sandvik from May 2018 to August 2022, including HR Manager for SMT Staff Functions & Strategic Research and HR Generalist, contributing to significant projects such as the separation of Alleima from Sandvik. Earlier experience includes consultant management at Manpower, where leadership involved personnel administration and recruitment, as well as roles as an enrolled nurse with Gävle kommun and Frösunda Omsorg AB. Alexandra possesses a Filosofie kandidatexamen in Personal och arbetsliv from the University of Gävle and is pursuing further education at Linnaeus University.
