Robert Lapolla

Robert Lapolla is currently an advisor at Allele Biotech. Prior to that, they were vice president of licensing and business development at Johnson & Johnson, a position they held for 27 years. Robert has also worked as a postdoctoral fellow at Caltech and as a graduate fellow at Saint Louis University. Robert began their career as a student scientist at the NIH.

Robert Lapolla started their educational career by obtaining a BS in zoology from The George Washington University. Robert then continued on to obtain a PhD in biochemistry from Saint Louis University. After completing their PhD, they worked as a postdoc in molecular biology at Caltech. Finally, they obtained an MBA from the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business.
