Erik Dykema is an experienced attorney with a diverse professional background. Erik began their career in 2008 as a Legal Intern in the Internet Bureau of the Office of the Attorney General of the State of New York. In 2010, they joined King & Spalding, LLP as an Associate, where they counseled U.S. and foreign clients in patent, copyright, and trademark litigation, prosecution, licensing, and enforcement. In 2013, Erik co-founded CaseRails, a word processor and document management system for legal document drafting. Erik also served as Of Counsel for Zeller IP Group PLLC, Adjunct Professor at New York University, and Attorney & CTO at Upshaw PLLC. In 2020, Erik took on roles as Of Counsel for Bochner IP, General Counsel for Allelo, and General Counsel for Best-In-Class MD (BICMD).

Erik Dykema attended Brooklyn Law School from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) in Intellectual Property Law. Erik previously attended Carnegie Mellon University from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
