Hope Palmer

Hope Palmer has over 16 years of experience in the legal and real estate sectors. Currently serving as a Legal Assistant at Allen Boone Humphries Robinson LLP since August 2007, Hope specializes in special taxing districts related to urban land development and is responsible for coordinating and drafting minutes for municipal utility district Board meetings. Prior to this role, Hope held the position of Regional Manager at Netco Title from 2001 to 2007, overseeing operations of a high-volume title company focused on refinance and home equity loans, managing four closing offices and a title plant at the peak of the Houston real estate market. Hope holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.
