Hope Palmer has over 16 years of experience in the legal and real estate sectors. Currently serving as a Legal Assistant at Allen Boone Humphries Robinson LLP since August 2007, Hope specializes in special taxing districts related to urban land development and is responsible for coordinating and drafting minutes for municipal utility district Board meetings.
