Cody Thomasson is an experienced culinary professional with a solid background in restaurant management and culinary operations. Since June 2021, Cody has been employed as a Sales Associate at Allen Brothers. Prior roles include Executive Chef positions at SLO Provisions from October 2020 to June 2021 and DAOU from November 2017 to October 2020. Additionally, Cody served as Chef De Cuisine at Bravas Tapas from February 2012 to October 2017. Cody holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, completed between 1997 and 1999.
