Cecil D'Rosa

Cecil D'Rosa has been working at Parkview Health since June 2021 as an I.S. Analyst. Prior to this, Cecil held the role of Elections Judge at Allen County, Indiana from November 2012 to the present, and was a Project Manager at ECi Software Solutions from September 2005 to January 2021. With experience in project planning and project control of office products applications, Cecil has successfully managed and delivered large complex cross-functional projects and programs while ensuring they meet business needs and align with operational plans. Cecil has a strong educational background, holding an MBA from Indiana Institute of Technology.
