Michelle Nestleroad has a diverse background in program coordination, operations, and social services. With a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Indiana Institute of Technology and currently pursuing a Master's degree in Social Work, Michelle has held various roles in organizations such as Allen County, Indiana; The Rescue Mission; Fort Wayne Rescue Mission Ministries; and Starbucks Coffee Company. Michelle's experience ranges from serving as an Intake Specialist to becoming a Sr Program Facilitator/Trainer, showcasing their dedication and skills in the field.
