Rich Beck

Rich Beck serves as a County Commissioner for Allen County, Indiana, since January 2019, responsible for overseeing the county's home rule powers. Concurrently, Rich has been an Adjunct Faculty Member at the Indiana Institute of Technology since April 2015, teaching Organizational Behavior. As a Book Author for the American Bankers Association since January 2000, Rich has acted as a content expert, focusing on writing and revising material as needed. Previously, Rich held the position of Senior Vice President at STAR Financial Bank from May 2000 to December 2018, where responsibilities included corporate sales management and treasury management solutions. Earlier in the career, Rich served as a Senior Adjunct Faculty member at Concordia University Wisconsin and held various roles at Fort Wayne National Bank, ultimately becoming Vice President. Rich Beck holds a Master’s Degree in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Ball State University.
