Branch Assistants deliver outstanding customer service and operational support within our library branches. Their daily duties include helping customers register for library cards, responding to general inquiries, managing the check-in and check-out of library materials, and offering computer and technical support.

This position is 28 hours per week and will include a mix of days, evenings, and Saturday hours. The anticipated schedule is:
Mondays: 9-6 Tuesdays: 5-9 Wednesdays: OFF Thursdays: 9-6 Alternating (every 3rd Saturday) Fridays/Saturdays: 9-6
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent; AND one (1) year of customer service OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
