Kevin Davis

Kevin Davis has over 29 years of experience in the business industry. Kevin began their career in 1991 as a Senior Auditor for Ernst & Young. Kevin then moved on to become a Sr. Financial Analyst for Gillette Company in 1994. In 1996, they were hired as a Finance/Controller Manager for Boston Scientific. In 2000, they became CFO for Pathway Medical Technologies. In 2004, they were hired as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for Bauer Hockey, Inc. In 2008, they became Chief Executive Officer and President for Performance Sports Group Ltd. In 2016, they founded Ship Rock Capital, LLC. In 2019, they became an Operating Partner for SPUR Acquisitions. Most recently, in 2020, they were hired as Chief Executive Officer for Allen Datagraph Systems, Inc.

Kevin Davis obtained a Bachelor of Science in Finance/Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Lowell between 1985 and 1991. In October 1993, they obtained their Certified Public Accountant certification from the AICPA and NH Board of Accountancy. In October 1994, they obtained their Certified Management Accountant certification from the IMA.
