Don Gordon

Don Gordon has over 20 years of experience in various management roles within the manufacturing industry. Their most recent position was as Vice President of Operations at Allen Engineering Corporation, where they have been since 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Manufacturing Manager at Allen Engineering from 2016. From 2012 to 2016, they worked at Apex Tool Group, LLC, where they held the role of Continuous Improvement, Quality & Engineering Manager. Before that, they were the Operations Manager at Cooper Industries Ltd. from 2008 to 2012. From 2004 to 2008, they served as the Supply Chain Manager at Kennametal, and from 1997 to 2004, they held the same position at Holokrome.

Don Gordon received their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Don attended the institute from 1986 to 1991.
