Erika Cochran

Erika Cochran is an experienced professional in the food science industry, currently serving as a Junior Product Developer and Laboratory Technician at Allen Flavors, Inc. since April 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a Protein Science and Technology Intern at Nestlé Health Science from June 2020 to April 2021, and an internship at Pure Batch in early 2020. Erika also gained valuable experience as a Student Intern at Rutgers Research Greenhouse and worked as a Student Worker at Harvest Cafe. Early in their career, Erika was a Team Member at The Good Donut Shop. Erika holds a degree in Food Science with a focus on the Pet Food Track from Rutgers University–New Brunswick, where studies were completed in 2021.
