Tanya Madhok

Tanya Madhok is a Junior Product Developer at Allen Flavors, Inc., where responsibilities include product development and technical support since July 2023. Prior experience at Allen Flavors, Inc. as a Product Development Technician and Product Development Intern provided foundational skills in the food industry. Tanya served as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Rutgers University–New Brunswick, focusing on food safety and shelf life under Dr. Schaffner's Lab. Previous internship experience includes a position at Capital Foods Private Limited in 2017. Tanya holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Technology from Rutgers University–New Brunswick and completed the International Baccalaureate program, earning a high school diploma from Jamnabai Narsee School, along with an ICSE from Arya Vidya Mandir in Mumbai, India.
