Katie Farrell started their work experience at YMCA of Greater Springfield in 2014 as a PR/Marketing Intern. Katie then worked as a Cashier at Big Y World Class Market from 2011 to 2015. In 2013, they became a Marketing Assistant at Western New England University and held the role until 2016. Katie also worked as a Sales Associate and Marketing Assistant at Quinn's Fine Jewelry from 2014 to 2016. From 2015 to 2015, they served as an Account Support Specialist Intern at Envision Marketing Group. In 2016, they became a Web Content Coordinator at Western New England University until 2018. At Boston Digital, they held multiple roles including Interactive Producer from 2018 to 2019, Account Manager from 2020 to 2021, Senior Account Manager from 2021 to 2022, and Account Director from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they are working as the Director of Business Leadership at Allen & Gerritsen starting from February 2023.
Katie Farrell completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Western New England University from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Communications/Advertising from the same university. Katie also attended Minnechaug Regional High School. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including a University Alliance Certificate in SAP from SAP in May 2016, a Content Marketing Certification from HubSpot in April 2020, a Google Analytics Certification from Google in March 2019, a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in March 2019, a Google Ads Display Certification from Google in February 2020, and an Inbound Marketing Certification from HubSpot in June 2019.
