Alex Cahoon

Alex Cahoon has extensive experience in mechanical and hardware engineering, currently serving as the Manager of Hardware Engineering at the Allen Institute since April 2019. Prior to this role, Alex worked as an Electro-Mechanical Engineer at Novinium, Inc. from March 2018 to March 2019 and held the position of Senior Mechanical Engineer at Vaughan Company Inc. from June 2010 to February 2018. Earlier experience includes internships at Electroimpact and Seametrics, providing foundational skills in engineering. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington, completed in 2010.
