Evan Macosko is an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School and a principal investigator in the Stanley Center for Psychiatric Research at the Broad Institute. In 2009, he earned a Ph.D. in neuroscience at Rockefeller University in the lab of Cori Bargmann, and an M.D. from Weill Cornell Medical College in 2010. He completed a residency in psychiatry at MGH and McLean Hospital in 2014. Until 2016, he was a postdoctoral research fellow with Steven McCarroll at Harvard Medical School and the Broad Institute. He is a recipient of the Innovator Under 35 Award from the MIT Technology Review, and the Schizophrenia Research Award from the American Psychiatric Foundation.
