Rob Piercy currently serves as Vice President and Executive Director of Communications & Engagement at the Allen Institute, overseeing all aspects of internal and external communications strategy, education, community engagement, brand and marketing initiatives, and events since June 2014. Prior to his tenure at the Allen Institute, Rob Piercy worked as a Broadcast News Anchor and Reporter for multiple television news stations across the Western United States, excelling in editorial decision-making and video production under tight deadlines. Rob Piercy earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from the University of Washington between 1993 and 1997.
