Molly Trostel

Molly Trostel is an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager at Allen Marine since May 2022, previously serving as the Mountain Learning Center Assistant Director at Alyeska Resort from November 2021 to April 2022. Prior to that, Molly worked at Kenai Peninsula Borough School District as a School Secretary from October 2019 to June 2021 and held the title of Sales and Service Manager at Allen Marine from April 2015 to October 2019. Earlier in their career, Molly was an On Snow Supervisor and Snowsports School Sales representative at Crystal Mountain Resort from November 2014 to March 2016, and a Ski Instructor at Eaglecrest Ski Area from 2001 to 2012, where instruction and training of fellow employees were key responsibilities. Molly Trostel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Photography from Bard College, graduated in 2012, and earned a High School Diploma from Juneau Douglas High School in 2007.
