Christine McWilliams

Christine McWilliams is the Chief Recruiting Officer at Allen Matkins, where she oversees attorney recruiting and professional development initiatives.

She provides leadership and vision in the development and implementation of recruiting strategies and priorities for lateral attorneys, entry-level attorneys and summer associates, working closely with firm leadership, practice group leaders and other stakeholders. Prior to joining Allen Matkins, Christine worked at a number of AmLaw 100 and 200 firms where she held a variety of positions focused on all aspects of attorney recruiting, integration, retention and professional development.
