David B. Stone

David Stone is a partner based in the Los Angeles office. His practice involves all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, joint ventures, development, financing, and leasing. David represents investment companies, private equity funds, developers, life insurance companies, pension funds, banks, real estate investment trusts and other entities in connection with a wide variety of commercial real estate matters throughout the country. David has extensive experience in the acquisition, disposition, financing and development of commercial office portfolios, retail and industrial centers, hotels, and multi family and mixed-use developments. In addition, David regularly represents a broad range of clients, from large institutional investors to small family-owned companies, in connection with the leasing of various types of commercial properties.
