Debra Riley

Debra Riley is a partner at Allen Matkins in the San Diego office, specializing in bankruptcy, creditors' rights, debt restructurings, commercial litigation, and court receiverships since 2001. Previously, Debra served as an associate and later a partner at McDermott Will & Emery from 1994 to 2001, participating in significant bankruptcy cases and restructurings of both public and private debt. Earlier experience includes positions as an associate at Allen Matkins, a clerk for Honorable Peter W. Bowie, and an accountant with Ernst & Young, where Debra managed an audit and consulting practice. Debra holds a JD from the University of San Diego School of Law, an MBA from the University of Hartford, and a B.S. from Quinnipiac University.
