Heather Riley

Heather Riley is a Partner at Allen Matkins Leck Gamble Mallory & Natsis LLP, where senior counsel responsibilities in the San Diego office focus on land use and environmental matters, particularly writ litigation. With significant expertise in the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), Heather has successfully defended various private clients and public entities in both state and federal courts. Prior to this role, Heather served as an Associate at Gatzke Dillon & Ballance LLP, concentrating on environmental and land use issues, and began her career as an Intern at the New York State Senate. Heather holds a Juris Doctor from Albany Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science from the University at Albany.
