Jared Kassan

Jared Kassan is a Partner at Allen Matkins, where responsibilities include analyzing and advising on federal and state income, property, and local tax issues, as well as drafting and negotiating joint venture agreements since January 2016. Previous experience includes serving as a Judicial Law Clerk at the United States Tax Court and a Tax Controversy Legal Analyst with the IRS Office of Chief Counsel. Jared also held positions as a Summer Associate at Arnold & Porter, Judicial Extern at the United States Bankruptcy Court, and a Research Analyst at the Department of Treasury. Jared Kassan earned a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law, and holds a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Pennsylvania, along with a General Course in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
