Joe Davidson

Joe Davidson has over 30 years of legal experience, specializing in corporate law as the Firmwide Chair of the Corporate Department at Allen Matkins LLP since October 1993, while also serving as an executive member of the Executives Association of San Diego since 1994. Davidson provides comprehensive counsel on matters such as the formation of corporations, mergers and acquisitions, and structuring commercial transactions, assisting a diverse range of clients from start-ups and emerging technology companies to national and international publicly-held enterprises. Davidson holds a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Investments/Finance from the University of Southern California.
