Mark Nicoletti

Mark Nicoletti is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Allen Matkins, specializing in Commercial Real Estate Transactions, Real Estate Finance, and Leasing since August 2019. Prior to this role, Mark served as a partner in the Real Estate Finance Group at Sklar Kirsh LLP, where representation included real estate funds, borrowers, developers, and institutional lenders across various real estate finance aspects. Mark has also held positions at Mark Nicoletti, PLLC, Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, LLP, Snell & Wilmer, and Gordon & Silver, Ltd., focusing on commercial leases, financing, and development of real estate. Mark holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
