Marshall Brozost

Marshall Brozost is a Partner and Co-Chair of the New York Real Estate Department at Allen Matkins, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Marshall served as a Partner at McDermott Will & Emery from May 2022 to September 2023, focusing on U.S. real estate transactions. Marshall's extensive experience includes being the Head of the New York Real Estate Group at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP from July 2016 to May 2022, and holding the title of Real Estate Partner at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP from May 2012 to June 2016. Additionally, Marshall was a Partner at Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP from June 2005 to May 2012, Counsel at O'Melveny & Myers LLP from 2000 to 2003, and Vice President at Nomura from 1997 to 2000. Marshall earned a JD from New York University School of Law and a B.A. in History from Wesleyan University.
