Michael Kostecka

Michael Kostecka is a partner in the Real Estate Department of the Los Angeles office of Allen Matkins, where expertise lies in leasing, construction, and acquisition and disposition transactions across all asset classes. Kostecka previously served as a partner and senior counsel at Safarian Choi & Bolstad LLP, focusing on various real estate transactions, including leasing and acquisitions. Prior experience includes an associate role at Allen Matkins, where Kostecka was involved in drafting and negotiating key agreements in the construction development process and leases for significant properties. Kostecka began the legal career as a law clerk at Girardi & Keese. Academically, Kostecka holds a J.D. from Loyola Law School and a B.S. in Political Science and Government from Santa Clara University.
