Rachel Kramer

Rachel Kramer is a Real Estate Associate at Allen Matkins since May 2021, providing legal representation to diverse clients in various real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing across multiple sectors. Previously, Rachel worked at DLA Piper, where responsibilities included handling a range of real estate matters and participation in the Northern California Pro Bono Committee. Rachel was awarded the Urban Land Institute Debra Stein fellowship while serving as a Graduate Student Researcher at the UC Berkeley Institute for Urban and Regional Development, conducting research on land development policy. Additional experience includes roles at the International Maritime Organization and other legal internships focused on environmental compliance and regulatory issues. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and a Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law.
