Jacqui Haggland

Jacqui Haggland is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and policy development, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Allen + Clarke since March 2012. In this role, Jacqui leads a team of consultants in addressing societal challenges through policy cycles and has a strong focus on delivering high-quality project outcomes. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Advisor at the Tertiary Education Commission, where Jacqui led the implementation of a Literacy and Numeracy Assessment Tool, and as a Private Secretary to Prime Minister Helen Clark at the Ministry for Culture and Heritage. Academic qualifications include a MAdLitNumEd from Auckland University of Technology and first-class Honours in History from The University of Waikato.
