Kylie Berg

Kylie Berg has a diverse work experience across various industries and government departments. Kylie began their career in 2005 as a Policy Analyst at the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority (EECA) before moving on to the Department of Internal Affairs (NZ) as a Policy Analyst in Civil Defence and Emergency Management. In 2008, they became a Senior Advisor in Emergency Planning at the Ministry of Health New Zealand, followed by a role as an Emergency Planner at NHS in 2009.

In 2010, Kylie joined the Ministry of Justice - New Zealand as a Senior Analyst in the Office of Treaty Settlements. Kylie then returned to the Department of Internal Affairs (NZ) in 2012, serving as a Private Secretary to the Minister of Internal Affairs and progressing to roles such as Principal Advisor, Branch Development and Support, Branch Development and Support Manager, Workplace Change Manager, and Organisational Development Manager.

Since 2019, Kylie has been working at Allen + Clarke, initially as a Senior Consultant (Business Development Lead) before being promoted to Business Development Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Business Development + Systems.

Kylie Berg obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Geography from Victoria University of Wellington in the years 2000-2003. Kylie then pursued their postgraduate studies at the same university and completed their Masters of Environmental Studies between the years 2003-2005.
