Todd Marinshaw

Todd Marinshaw is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and business development. As the President and co-founder of Valorpro Global since March 2024, Todd focuses on connecting American businesses with skilled overseas professionals through innovative staffing solutions. In addition, Todd has served as President of Allen Sportswear Inc since May 2006, and as Director of Business Development and Founder of iPrevail International Foundation since November 2013. Todd also founded Band of Bosses in December 2013, a blog dedicated to leadership practices. Past roles include Major Account Manager at AT&T and Special Forces Navy Diver in the US Navy, where Todd developed a solid foundation in discipline and leadership. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and various certifications in strategic management and Salesforce administration.
