Jon Burgos

Jon Burgos is currently working as a Basic Life Support Instructor at the American Heart Association since June 2023. Previously, Jon worked as an Upper Division P.E/Health teacher at Allen-Stevenson School since August 2014. In addition to teaching, Jon also served as a Physical Education Associate Teacher, coaching various sports teams. Moreover, Jon is an ISSA Elite Trainer specializing in Strength and Conditioning, Bodybuilding, Children's Fitness, and Nutrition. Their previous experience includes being a Wrestling Coach at Grapplin Gorillas, where Jon focused on athlete development and safety protocols. Jon is currently pursuing a Master of Education degree at Hunter College, building on their Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies and English.
