Teacher Of Spanish at Allen-Stevenson School

Natalie Lopez is an experienced Spanish language educator with a focus on diverse student populations. Currently serving as a Teacher of Spanish at Allen-Stevenson School since August 2016, Natalie designs comprehensive lesson plans that incorporate interactive activities and project-based learning to teach Spanish language and culture. Previous experience includes teaching at Oliver Scholars, where instruction was tailored for native-English-speaking students and heritage-language learners, as well as serving as a student teacher in Canandaigua City and Webster Central School Districts, where Natalie developed and implemented lesson plans while assessing student progress in the language. Natalie holds a Master of Education in ESL and Bilingual Education from Northern Arizona University and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language Teacher Education from SUNY Geneseo.
