Carolyn Partin

Carolyn Partin is a seasoned Realtor® and Broker in North Carolina and South Carolina, currently affiliated with Allen Tate Realtors since February 2015. Prior experience includes a role as Project Manager and Environmental Scientist at Enviroassessments PLLC, where Carolyn focused on site assessments for real estate transactions and development, and contributed to business development and client relations for engineering firms. Prior positions include Environmental Scientist and Project Manager at SECOR International, Environmental Scientist at Northern Industrial Hygiene, and various roles in environmental consulting since 1994, including management of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and due diligence services. Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science and Natural Resources from Purdue University.
