Eric Heintschel

Eric Heintschel joined Allen Tate Company in 2014 as chief financial officer. Prior to joining Allen Tate, Heintschel served for a decade as chief financial officer for Carousel Capital, a Charlotte, NC-based private equity investment firm, where he oversaw the operations of multiple funds with combined capital commitments of more than $750 million and served as primary contact for 350 investors and advisors. He also previously worked for both PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP and Dellinger & Deese, PLLC in Charlotte, where he specialized in working with private, family-owned businesses for these public accounting firms.

He holds both a Master of Accountancy degree and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He is a North Carolina-licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

A native of Swanton, Ohio, Heintschel resides in South Charlotte with his wife, Stacy, and their three children. He is passionate about agriculture and farmland investments and co-manages his family’s rapidly expanding farming operation in Fulton County, Ohio. In his free time, he enjoys escaping with his family to the beach at the Isle of Palms, SC and supporting the University of Michigan athletic teams.
