Jason Abernethy

Jason Abernethy is a licensed Broker in North Carolina and South Carolina with over 15 years of experience in Land Development and Real Estate, currently serving as a Realtor/Broker at Allen Tate Company since April 2012. Previously, Jason held the position of Senior Planner for the Town of Cornelius from July 2005 to July 2012, where responsibilities included managing comprehensive plans and public relations, producing policy documents, and coordinating land development reviews. Prior roles also included Senior Planner and Planner positions at the City of Concord and a Planner role at the City of Newton, contributing to various infrastructure, economic development projects, and community planning initiatives. Jason holds a degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
