Kristin List is an accomplished Broker and Realtor®️ licensed in North and South Carolina, currently affiliated with Allen Tate Companies since June 2020. Kristin holds various certifications including Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR®️), Relocation Certified, New Home Certified, and Tate Masters Designation, and has received multiple accolades such as the 2023 Silver Circle and the 2022 Masters Winner - Power Player. Prior to the real estate sector, Kristin gained extensive experience in interior design and project management through roles at Flooring Solutions, Stanley Stephens Company, Atlas Carpet Mills, and several consulting firms. Kristin holds a Real Estate License from the Superior School of Real Estate and a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design and Marketing from Meredith College.
