Michele Hobaugh

Michele Hobaugh is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in property management and real estate brokerage. Holding the positions of Broker/Owner at LSS Realty & Investments LLC since January 2017 and Broker at Allen Tate Real Estate LLC since September 1997, Michele has demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation, home staging, and market analysis. Michele has served on the Professional Standards Committee and Board of Directors for the North Carolina Association of Realtors, contributing to professional ethics and standards within the industry. Previous roles include participation in grievance committees and new homes sales, complemented by a background in corporate modeling for prominent brands.
