Spencer Jorgensen

VP, Operations at AllenComm

Spencer Jorgensen is the current Director of Design Consulting & Proposals at Allen Communication Learning Services. Prior to this, they were an Implementation Manager at inContact from November 2012 to May 2014. There, they were responsible for providing expertise in CRM integration, telecommunication infrastructure, work force optimization, and other topics in the contact center industry. Spencer also served as a business analyst and provided business area assessment, user needs analysis and business systems design for major software projects.

Jorgensen began their career in August 2010 as a Sales Manager at CLEARLINK. In this role, they were responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and achieving sales quotas. Spencer also developed and implemented sales strategies and oversaw customer relationships.

Spencer Jorgensen received a Master's degree in Information Systems from the University of Utah. Spencer also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Utah.

They are on a team with Paul Zackrison - COO & CFO, Emma Hartsfield - VP, Marketing, and Blake Beus - VP, Business Development. Spencer Jorgensen reports to Ron Zamir, President & CEO.
